1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Cali Detail Co., whether scheduled online, over the phone, or in person.

2. Mobile Detailing Services

Cali Detail Co. provides mobile auto detailing at your location. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

  • There is adequate space to perform detailing services.

  • There is access to water and power if required (unless otherwise arranged).

  • All valuables and personal items are removed from the vehicle before service.

3. Appointment Policy

  • Punctuality: Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • No-Shows / Late Cancellations: May be subject to a $25 cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.

  • Weather Policy: If weather conditions prevent service, we will work with you to reschedule at no charge.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards.

  • A deposit may be required for large or specialty services.

  • Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services needed.

  • Quotes are estimates and may change based on vehicle condition upon inspection.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver the highest quality results. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern or schedule a correction if appropriate.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Cali Detail Co. is not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint chips, scratches, cracks, upholstery stains, or worn interiors.

  • Services such as engine bay cleaning, steam, or pressure washing carry inherent risks; by requesting these, the client assumes responsibility.

  • We take care with all detailing tools and products. However, we are not responsible for any unforeseen damage resulting from worn or aging materials.

7. Customer Property

Cali Detail Co. will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to service.

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unsanitary or hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, biohazards, infestations)

  • Aggressive or inappropriate client behavior

  • Inaccessible or unsafe working environment

9. Promotions & Discounts

All promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. Proof of eligibility may be required for price-match offers.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our website.
