Refund Policy - the basics
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the time, labor, and materials involved in providing our services, all sales are final. Cali Detail Co. does not offer full or partial refunds once a service has been completed.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue, which may include a free touch-up or re-cleaning of the affected area, at our discretion.
3. Deposit Policy
For certain services (e.g., ceramic coatings, multi-vehicle jobs, or winter protection packages), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, we may credit your deposit toward a future appointment.

Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
4. Weather Interruptions
If weather conditions prevent us from safely performing your service, we will reschedule you at the next available opening. In these cases, your deposit will not be forfeited.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand things come up. To avoid losing a deposit or incurring a cancellation fee, we ask for:

48 hours’ notice for ceramic/graphene coating jobs or multi-vehicle bookings
Cancellations or reschedules made outside this window may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks after services are rendered may result in being barred from future bookings.
